Episode 3 - Housing and Home Ownership in the United States Most Latino immigrants in the United States are renters. Many are new here and don’t know what is expected of them as neighbors and members of the community. They also don’t know about home ownership or how to go about purchasing their own home. This episode teaches them their rights and responsibilities as renters and neighbors, and it educates them on the basic requirements and the process of buying a home in the United States. |
