Cultural differences are very prevalent in the workplace, and codes of conduct and employment responsibilities are among the issues for the new immigrant. The American work culture expects certain behaviors of its employees that are unfamiliar practices in most Spanish speaking countries.

This episode helps the new immigrant understand how the American workplace is different than the workplace he is accustomed to in his country, and it helps him cope with those differences and meet the expectations of his employer.

It also discusses investing for the future and gives the listener an overview of some of the available investment products and services.
