Building Bridges In Two Cultures

This exceptionally powerful program does more in one day to eliminate cultural barriers in a workplace than most people believe possible.

It consists of two half-day sessions, one delivered in Spanish for Latino employees, and one delivered in English for Americans.

Each session is designed to give participants insight into how the other group thinks and behaves, and it offers ideas for how they can interact and work together more effectively.

The program is delivered "closed-session," which means it is presented for one organization at a time and is not offered as a public seminar.
