Policy

At Panoltia we know that from time to time things come up that require a change of plans.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your registration up to 10 business days prior to the scheduled seminar and we will refund your registration fee, less a $25 cancellation fee.

If you must cancel your registration less than 10 business days prior to your seminar date you can:

Send a substitute to attend in your place, or
Transfer your registration fee to another seminar of your choice that is scheduled within 12 months of your original seminar.

Please note that if you don't cancel and you don't attend, you are still responsible for payment.
