Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling - If you are hosting a seminar and you wish to reschedule it without penalty, you must notify Panoltia in writing no less than 30 days prior to the scheduled start date. If you must reshcedule less than 30 days prior to your seminar or webinar start date you will be responsible for a $500 rescheduling fee.

Cancellation - If you wish to cancel a seminar without penalty, you must do so in writing no less than 30 days prior to the scheduled start date. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to the scheduled start date you will be responsible for a cancellation fee of 50% of the training fee.

Non-Recoverable Expenses - Whether you reschedule or cancel your scheduled training, in additinon to the rescheduling or cancellation fee, you will be responsible for any non-recoverable expenses incurred, such as non-refundable airline tickets, hotel cancellation penalties, etc.
